Preventing and ending youth homelessness takes more than one strategy. At A Place 4 Me, we combine direct services, systems change, and authentic youth engagement to respond to immediate needs, strengthen the systems that impact young people, and center lived experience in the work.

Together, these approaches help create more stable, responsive, and equitable pathways for youth and young adults in our community.
